The unit arrived in great shape. It was sent in a slightly oversized box so it moved around; but the bubble wrap adequately protected it. The unit powered right up and came on line. I was appreciative Windows 10 pro was installed. Made sure it had all the Win 10 patches, then installed my software. It's outfitted with SQL Server Desktop Edition and the client tools. I was asked to be shooting director for 2 trap meets, and the server will host the back end database. Thanks again

When I first got the laptop, there was a major issue with the battery. It was mentioned to be in "excellent," condition, but I came to find out that the battery was non-functional. It couldn't hold a charge and I didn't find out until I ran diagnostics. Luckily the seller was quick to respond. I return it with no cost to me and they sent a replacement within a week roughly. The replacement is in very good condition, there a very few marks and the battery actually works well now. Otherwise, it runs smoothly. Solid.
