    I could not be happier with the phone. what a great one it is. my only concern is the battery life and all i do is phone and text. I just stick cloe to a charger, that's all. thank you for your concern though

    it’s so cute, runs smooth and legit the only issue is a small chip on the side top right corner of the phone that can be covered by a case! There are very very very faint scratches on the screen but the rest is perfect! (Earbuds bought separately for 20$)

    It might have been my fault in clearing the old phone, but most apps were lost on the transfer to the new phone. That said, the phone itself is as advertised and arrived with 98% battery, which was what I hoped for. Turns out that this is the second SE that I have purchased from Back Market. The first is still going strong, the recent one was for my wife.

    The condition of the phone was 'like new' and exceeded my expectations. I chose the excellent condition option and could find absolutely NO sign of use, and the battery life was 98%. I'm sure this can very some from item to item but this is my experience. Also, I had a problem with delivery on my first order but after the very prompt and professional customer support and follow up I received (thanks, Tania) I decided to make a second purchase, and I"m glad I did.     I am really satisfied with this purchase. This phone works well and i don’t have any issues with it. I didn’t expect it to be so small though, it is the same size as my hand. Other than that, i can’t really complain. When i first got it i went to my service provider and got an e-sim since my previous phone couldn’t even turn on. It has been a month and i am greatly satisfied with my purchase.

    The device's condition was fine, even what I might have expected from Good not Fair, but I picked the wrong storage capacity and had to buy a second phone outright instead of doing an exchange process to get the storage I actually needed. That process is still going right now.
