What do I need to do before I sell my phone?

If you accept an offer, Back Market will walk you through everything you need to do before shipping it to us. Generally, you'll want to back up all your data on another device and factory reset your phone before sending it in.

Is shipping included for phone sales or trade ins?

Yes, Back Market will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to send us your trade in device after you've accepted an offer. In some cases, we'll also send a mailing kit to eligible customers to help you safely package your device for shipping.

When should I sell my old phone?
