Network devices (routers, hubs, modems, etc.)
Peripherals (keyboards, mice, cables, cords, chargers, etc.)
Components (hard drives, CD-ROMs, circuit boards, power supplies, etc.)
Printers, scanners, fax machines
TVs, VCRs, DVRs, DVD & Blu-ray Players
Digital converter boxes, cable/satellite receivers
Video game consoles and accessories
Cell phones, pagers, PDAs
Audio-visual equipment (cameras, microphones, stereo equipment, etc.)
The following items require a little more TLC to be properly recycled, which means we won’t be able to accept them at the event:
Batteries (except lead-acid batteries from uninterrupted power supplies systems)
Media (disks, DVDs, VHS tapes, cassette tapes, etc.)
If you’re looking to recycle batteries, rechargeable batteries can be dropped off for recycling at any store that sells them. You can also check out household electronics and home office stores to see if they offer battery recycling. If you’d like to recycle media, check out www.greendisk.com.
