It came while I was away but it was only 20 minutes between delivery and being added to our home network so I have to assume that setup was painless -- in contrast to the previous refurb HP I bought from the big South American Jungle that would not boot -- either the original or the second one they sent. I think the bios-level security is too tight on HP business machines to make them refurbable for home use, but a refurbed gaming HP is fine. We now have two AMD-based PCs from Back Market and two very happy teenage boys. Now, only if they would use these platforms to develop or create something . . .

Absolutely stunned! The computer I ordered was advertised in Excellent condition- after inspection and testing I seriously can’t believe this thing was ever used, it’s practically brand new! Also idk if y’all sent me the wrong computer or not but it actually came with BETTER hardware than advertised. (No, you are not getting it back hehe..) I love it! Everything I dreamed and more :) Shipment arrived well packed to prevent any damage, nothing was loose (ram sticks seem to be a common thing that get loosened by shipping). Perfect condition, everything works exactly as it should. Buttery smooth playing Cyberpunk with Raytracing on High averaging 120fps. I have absolutely no notes for Lenovo or BackMarket. Everybody gets an A+ here, absolutely over the moon! :)

I was really wanting a gaming computer that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. This one had good specs and good reviews from what I read across the internet. Keep in mind, I am not a computer genius, just a regular college student. So far, this computer has been fantastic for what I need. It runs Baldur's Gate 3, Helldivers, The Sims 4, and smaller games like Phasmophobia and Content Warning. Haven't had an issue yet with memory or an inability to run a game properly. It runs both Steam and Discord smoothly. If anything, it runs better than my friends computers when we game together. If you're looking for a good and reliable computer, I highly recommend this one.

I ordered a computer in excellent condition, and I got a computer in excellent condition. It was very cautiously packaged, with a lot of air cushioning, and arrived only 1 day late (which is awesome considering my area had recently gotten a snow storm). Came with a basic mouse and keyboard too, which helped set up the wireless hardware I already had. I just spent the weekend playing Baldur's Gate 3, and the auto-detect put all the graphics settings at "Ultra", so it is working exactly as desired!
