I had my worries and doubts at first, because I had never used your site before and some reviews made me wary, but I decided to send an inquiry email after thinking on it for months. Afterwards I decided to buy it that same day as customer service got a hold of me very quickly and helped me. I was convinced and I'm so thankful that I did, because I have a strong feeling that there's a good chance you won't have one of these models back in for a long time if ever again. I was extremely pleased with how beautiful of condition the phone was in, considering the site labeled it at its second to lowest condition only to see that it must have been labeled incorrectly, because it was in nearly mint condition. So far it seems to be working as expected, so again thank you for the product. It was well worth my time and investigation and thank you for being real and not a scam. It's always scary buying from someone you don't know! Now knowing, I will recommend your site to others and perhaps someday I'll be looking for another discontinued device if needed. I think I'm as happy with this purchase as I was back when the iPhone 4S was the newest thing on the market. The price was lovely, but the phone is even lovelier -- it's like new, in every way. No scratches. No fingerprints, even. Works beautifully. And it was, in fact, unlocked, which is highly appreciated. I am sold on Back Market. They hooked me with their mission to combat planned obsolescence (I too am deeply opposed to such plans), and now that they have delivered, I will definitely be back for future tech needs.

The phone arrived within a week of purchase, and functions fairly well, given that it is refurbished. The battery life is somewhat poor, as it dies at around 20% charge, and the screen is not always touch-receptive. Nonetheless, for a $30 refurbished phone I wouldn't have expected much better. It's also worth mentioning that the phone isn't compatible with many apple applications such as Instagram, GroupMe and Google Drive.
