This is my second BackMarket purchase. In both cases, I was satisfied with the phone purchased. phones arrived promptly and were what was advertised. My issue is with the inadequate descriptions of what refurbishment-rehab is done to the phone and whether the battery is replaced. I scoured the website and watched the pretty video and didn't get an answer. That question is still a mystery when you get the phone and check the battery condition. The iPhone 8 I just bought says the battery needs service. However after a few chargings, it seems to perform adequately. But it is an unanswered question. Will this battery drop dead in a few months? I'd suggest to BackMarket that the website clearly says whether the batteries have been replaced or are the original battery.

The iPhone 8 purchased from backmarket was exactly as described and the quality could not be greater. I needed this phone for my seven year old daughter so that we could use modern applications to monitor her recent diabetes diagnosis and backmarket provided a quality phone for an extremely reasonable price compared to any other place my wife and I looked. If I require another refurbished phone I will definitely be looking to this company again to fulfill my needs. Thank you.

I am a real person who recently lost my iPhone 8 9while out horseback riding0. I got sticker shock with new iPhones so I started shopping around. I found allot of sketchy resellers and then I found Back Market. I was still skeptical about ordering a replacement / reconditioned phone from this company. However, based on the possible price savings, I decided to risk it ("risk and reward"). I figured, worst case I would add 25% to the cost of a new phone, best case I would save 75% over the cost of a new phone. Well worth the risk, in my opinion. I placed the order and was very pleased. I got my new phone quickly and everything worked as promised. Within a short time, however, the battery stopped charging in the phone. I contacted BackMarket and they promptly sent me a return label to send the phone in for repair. Unfortunalty the phone could not be repaired so Back Market gave me a full refund,, without having to be asked. I was hoping to get the phone back but, my money back in the next best thing. I would highly recommend BackMarket to anyone, based on my experience.

My refurbished IPhone 8 arrived in great condition. Customer Service was also top-notch. This is the second phone I've ordered from Back Market --the first for my son, and he LOVES his. I'm still trying to figure out all the bells and whistles, but it will happen. If not, I know I can call Customer Service!

I like small phones. I had an iPhone7 for the past 4 years until I dropped it and the screen cracked. Looking for a replacement, I came across Back Market. I found a refurbished iPhone8 with fantastic specs (excellent condition, large memory, for 200 bucks including tax and insurance) and I didn't think twice! I really love my "new" phone!
