    This is the second time I’ve ordered the same refurbished laptop, and unfortunately, I have to return it again due to the same issues. The laptop keeps overheating and is making weird noises, which have only gotten worse over time. When I first received it, the noises weren’t as frequent, but now it’s constant, making the laptop unusable. I spent a significant amount of money on this laptop, and I’m incredibly disappointed to receive a product in such poor condition. I wish I could add a video to show the extent of the problem. I expected better quality, and it’s frustrating to go through this twice.

    The Chromebook interior like the keyboard and screen and camera were all in perfect shape! Even for a fair device, it still works pretty well as I would expect it to be for a refurbished device! I would rate this a solid 10/10 to be honest, everything met my expectations and it was just a perfect Chromebook for my needs! I truly enjoyed it.

    My wife and I had our doubts about buying a laptop for so cheap from an online seller but we could not be happier with the product. The laptop arrived in perfect condition and if I did not know that it was refurbished I would have thought it was fresh off the shelf.     I would like to start by saying that I’m a very busy student, and have little spare time to fix and worry about things like this when I don’t have to. The software is diabolically out of date, even though it is technically windows 11, there are many, many drivers that are either missing, or freakishly out of date. Not to mention the amount of windows updates I need to do before I get uninterrupted work sessions. This is not a HUGE deal, just tedious. But my second and final issue is unacceptable. The screws are missing on the battery. The same screws that hold the battery in place to prevent it from disconnecting from the motherboard. I first noticed this problem when my laptop seems to randomly shut down when I was working. I first thought it was an accident and I probably pressed the power button by mistake. Then, the issue persists and eventually, after some wonky shaking and pressing buttons, the laptop magically turned on again! I didn’t think much of it and continued with my day. The issue becomes more common and more disruptive as time goes by. Eventually, I ran a diagnosis on the battery and found out that the battery itself is not the problem. I updated all the drivers...

    It’s a good product I just feel that well you know it’s refurbished but all in all good product. Good shipping times. And just really happy. When I mean you know it’s refurbished. Idk if it’s for every laptop but the fans you can hear them a lot. Also the ports are scratched but that’s it. For fair condition that’s good!!!

    Overall it works and does what I need it to do. No scratches or scruffs, so aesthetically it looks good. The only complaint I have is that it's pretty slow. It can get frustrating, but for the price and the fact it's refurbished, well it's really not that big of a deal for me. If you're looking for a budget laptop and absolutely NEED it, I recommend this one!
