Some of the screws in the bottom was the wrong ones used as a result it was not sealed properly and looked untidy. On the other hand, it works wonderfully and it's value for money.

The Lenovo laptop is awesome….while plugged in. We expected the computer to be in ”very good” working condition as per its description. One assumes that includes a fully functioning NEW battery installed, especially after purchasing the 24 month warranty. This was a laptop intended for my college bound high school student. I am taking the laptop to a different and trustworthy vendor for a new battery. We don’t have time at the end of the school year to send it to Back Market and wait two weeks for its return with a new battery install. Very disappointed in this Back Market vendor.

Once again, Backmarket has gone above and beyond my expectations. I rarely review products or companies, but I want them to be successful. We’ve purchased phones and now a laptop through Backmarket. Each time, our order arrive days—in this case about 6 days—early. I haven’t had a chance to use the computer yet, but each purchased phone was in remarkably good condition. I always order fair or Stallone, but can never figure out why the products were so low rated. I’ve yet to find a problem with a device. Backmarket understands how business should be conducted. If asked which companies I trust, Backmarket would be one of maybe 3 I would list.
