I got much more than I even expected with this "new" telephone. It is outstanding in every area and I feel I got such a great deal. I also like the friendly communications like I am actually talking to a family instead of a business. "Shiny" for sure but like new would been a better description. It also works perfectly and I got online with Consumer Cellular with no problem. You can be assured if I need another one it will be from Back Market.

I have had to send two phones back. The first, the screen did not work properly. The second, a replacement for the first, the wifi did not work properly. They have been good about replacing them without any problem but one has to wonder how well they are actually checking these refurbished phones out. Not withstanding these comments I would purchase from them/you again. Their service has been good.

Hi Greg, I appreciate your checking in via email to see how I like the phone. First of all, kudos for recycling/refubishing electronics. Big points there. I think the phone is ok. The battery seems to drain quickly, and take a long, very long time, to charge. Of course, perhaps it is the charging cord I'm using, although my old phone, despite its issues, didn't take that long. Yesterday when I looked at it after my dog walk (I like to listen to videos while I'm walking) I plugged it in, and it said it would take 19 hours to charge!! I turned it off and it was charged in about 4 hours, which I also thought was a long time. I also purchased from another seller some bluetooth ear buds at the same time. I'm thinking of sending them back because sometimes they don't connect to my phone, when they say "connected" in my ear. Weird. Sometimes they will turn themselves off. Because both the phone and the earbuds are new to me, I'm not sure where the problem lies. The phone's appearance is great, no issues there at all. It arrived quickly. I really appreciated the price; in this covid-contracted world cash flow is negligible, and it worked for my budget. I will certainly think of you guys again for any further purchases.
