    Love the way the vacuum works, I haven't been able to see any signs of it being a refurbished machine, which made me extremely happy. Only thing I personally didn't like about the narwal is that it doesn't connect to my Alexa.

    I'm not sure what quality control gets performed between all the features that any product may have. I have purchased items before that were refurbished and were not technically fixed never the less the price was right so I took a shot. I'm surprised that the vacuum appears to be brand new, not just fully functioning but all plastics and components never used. Works perfectly fine and I am very satisfied with the purchase.

    I purchased this vacuum in fair condition. So it is no surprsise that the body and extension pieces have some scuffs and a small dent. I think the description of fair was accurate and I am pretty pleased with the product. looks aside, it seems to work very well. I'd purchase from the seller again if I find myself in the market for another vacuum.

    I realize this product was refurbished. Once I received it it would only work for a few minutes at a time. It definitely had an aftermarket battery put in that was nowhere close to the correct spec from the manufacturer. I did replace the battery on my own dime for an additional $50 which was able to rectify the issue.
