The watch arrived with only 71% battery capacity. I returned it and was credited my money back quickly. I was happy with the return and refund process. I wish the watch had been in better condition, but Backmarket handled it well.

The watch was in great condition on the outside. Although it doesn’t hold a charge and is pretty warm when I take it off the charger. But considering the great low price I paid for it I’ll deal with it until I can get something else.

Initially, I was about to send the watch back. The battery was literally dying in front of me. After doing some research, I determined that I did not need all of the apps running in the background. My battery now lasts all day! The purchase was quick and easy. The delivery was fast and I am now enjoying my watch. Thank you!

I was a little nervous getting a refurbished item but I was really surprised on the quality of the watch. It lasts me about 12 hours and alittle more. Definitely a returning customer!
