Headphones play amazingly, i have small ears so this works perfectly for me. it came within the first hour of the estimated time of arrival they gave & it came a day earlier than expected. came with a charger & different sized gel covers & connects like AirPods do to iPhones. i recommend purchasing from this app. this is my first but certainly not last purchase from this app. my siblings have been purchasing from this app for a while and have the same positive reviews as i do. happy shopping!

Still contained the name of the last owner when I paired them - not even factory reset let alone refurbished. BT connection is extremely spotty. Clicks constantly, disconnects randomly, wont connect to a paired device when the charging case is dead. "Warranty" is just a bunch of work I have to perform to remedy. Or I can return for a replacement from the same seller that sent me these craptastic things. Why would I want that?
