The earbuds are in excellent quality. Packaging came as if it were brand new with an instructional manual, sticker and everything. Not sure who sold these away or why because they work perfectly. That being said, earbuds like these in general are prone to drop out of the ears. So if you are active, maybe opt for the over ear buds. Also, the second I touch the earbud to adjust, the music stops. Love the sensitivity but not sure if this is sensitivity by design, or overcorrection from refurbishment. Ultimately, great buds for a great price and Backmarket definitely won me over as a repeat customer.

I'm very happy with my refurbished Beats in Red. The earbuds notify the phone of their charging status. Which is very helpful when I'm out on the streets.

The headphones are pretty good, packaging came with everything needed, the only thing wrong with them is just the noise canceling feature with me not being able to control it by my phone but by the headphones. But besides that the quality is good and sounds Great and works fine. Black market it’s where it’s at!!

The headphones are good for use. The charging longevity is nice and the fit is comfy. The sound quality and noise canceling could be better. However, the quality is on par for the market rate price.
