The battery doesnt charge to 100% even right off the charger. And the cover for the charging port is not connected to the headphones. I was hoping it would bne perfect but it's close enough because my old pair are in much worse shape.

These headphones are the only Bluetooth headphones I’ve ever used that I like. The shape fits my ear perfectly, the cord between them means they aren’t as easy to lose as individual earbuds, the battery life is solid, and the sound quality is good. I was really upset when I found out Bose no longer sells this product, so I was excited when I found some for sale on this website. The headphones arrived quickly and in great condition (even fully charged!). I am 100% coming back here when I need a new pair, I’m so glad there’s still a place to get these headphones.

I bought a pair of Bose headphones and when they arrived they wouldn't even turn on. Why sell an item claiming it's been professionally refurbished and not even check to see if it turns on? I sent them back for repair but didn't hear anything from BM or the seller as to status or next steps. Just noticed it had been quietly refunded.
