    it says the condition is fair but it's in immaculate condition, not a single mark on the screen or frame. they really went above and beyond to restore and refurbished this Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3!! I've been using it for a couple days now and can honestly say when I'm ready to upgrade to the next fold I will certainly be using BackMarket again! #LifeTimeCustomer

    The only thing that makes this feel like it wasn't brand new was the watch band, it wasnt the best, I could be mistaken but it didn't have any Samsung branding that is present on the watch bands when purchased new. But I've already replaced it, so no issues there. This is my third or fourth time ordering refurbished tech from Back Market. I have not experienced any issues with any of the items I have recieved. Great savings and it is great to help reduce waste.

    My first time importing a refurbished phone , so I was quite anxious during the 2 week wait period; because of shipping. Phone came well wrapped, and it came in pristine condition ( I still can't believe it's refurbished. Everything works nicely and it's just amazing. Back market have wonderful customer care.     I was nervous because I've never bought a used/refurbished device like this but I was pleasantly surprised. the phone came with zero traces that it had been used before. No scratches on the metal or glass, no cracks, nothing. The phone runs incredibly well and took my Sim card with no issue. It does not lag either. I think the only thing that is possibly of "concern" is the battery life. It seems to drain a little quicker than if you were to buy it new from Samsung but it still lasts me around 8-10 hours no issue. Other than that, this was a great purchase!
