    My first few phone purchases went super smoothly but buying a laptop last week has been a NIGHTMARE. Customer service has been AWFUL!!! Sarcasm and smart ass comments, literally ZERO help. I needed a laptop quickly for my wife's job. Had an issue with my card not being compatible with their system and CSR was NO help at all. Had to drop several tickets just to get some basic replies. Had to pay for express shipping cause of late responses and STILL got my package 3 days late. To date 5/14/24 11:41am Still have not received a response from my message a day and a half before.
