Their products NEVER WORK:( This item won’t connect to ANY server or WiFi and the brightness doesn’t change if you try it stays at 100% brightness even with the settings changed. I had the same issue with a Mac book I got on this app/website too.

I purchased a Dell Chrome Book which was supposed to be in excellent condition. The seller covered the chrome book with black contact paper in order to hide all the scratches and marks all over the chrome book. Before I even received my Chromebook I was charged $40 for the next day shipping. I ordered my chrome book on a Thursday and did not receive it until the next week Tuesday but we’re still charged for the next day delivery. So I ended up being cheated out of shipping and a product that was supposed to be in excellent condition but turned out to be in fair condition.
