    This is a good laptop for under 1,000. It also came with a 165hz screen which is the superior version of this and that was an added bonus. Overall, this laptop has a lot to offer for the mid range gamer. It has a high wattage 3060 gpu and mux switch which keeps it competitive even 2 years after its release. The only downside with this laptop is that dell will be dell and sometimes the drivers can be kind of finicky and it can take patience to get everything running the way it is supposed to. Things like a bios update are required to have good thermals. Overall the build quality is good for a cost cutting build (i.e. it is the cheaper version of alienware). There are many budget built laptops saturating the market that feel they would break down before this laptop would. The irony here is buying a refurbished laptop for the same price because it may actuall last longer

    Laptop was in excellent conditionbas described and priced reasonably well. However, the delivery could have been better if the seller or the courier properly packed the laptop charger in a bubble wrap. It was not secured and pretty sure it hit the back of the laptop multiple times during delivery. Good thing the device was noy damaged.

    The laptop is really as new, but needed some drivers updates. The packaging was not sufficient - as someone wrote before - the power adapter was flying in the box, banging on the laptop.
