Great. The specs were written very clearly and the shipping process was amazing- wrapped in a literal bubble. The product is great, fast, and just as it says. So far, I am very happy with this purchase and through this site.

I love it. Same model of laptop I had at my previous big corporate job. Works great for my small business. Will be looking to back market for all of my laptops in the future.

Cute little computer. Pictures are so clear. It won't let us sign in with a pin code. We've tried everything and finally gave up and put in a password. A bit disappointed but not a dealbreaker.

Smoothest experience with a used laptop

The good: The selection of computers available through BackMarket is great, and I was able to find what I was looking for at a price I felt great about! I was in the market for a Windows-based work computer. The bad: Whether or not the computer would have a card reader slot remained a surprise until I received it-- pictures of the left side of the computer told two different stories (one with, one without), which means sellers aren't necessarily uploading pictures of the actual computers they are selling, which feels sneaky and ugh. (Note: I was thrilled to find that it had one!) The computer arrived quickly (within 48 hours) and worked great! I was as happy as someone who doesn't love Windows could possibly be... until two weeks after it arrived. Unfortunately for me, the screen on the computer failed-- one day it was working great, the next day I opened it up to find half the screen blank, the other half full of pink and green lines. When I ran a system reset (after hooking it up to an external monitor so I could see what I was doing) before sending it back, that failed as well... so I returned a laptop with a failed screen and some unknown error (because I didn't bother hooking it back up to the external monitor before packing it back up and shipping it off). My experience wasn't great, but the return process was easy enough that I'm not completely against the idea of trying again-- when you buy refurbished, you understand that it was refurbished for a reason, and you take your chances-- but I'm waiting to see if I'm refunded the $6.99 Quality Assurance fee before I make another purchase. I'm absolutely not willing to pay $7 for the privilege (not to mention the letdown!) of testing computers that fail within two weeks.
