Dell Latitude 5580 15-inch Core i5-7300U - SSD 512 GB - 16GB QWERTY - English

I'll give my feedback on this in two main areas: 1) order process satisfaction and 2) product satisfaction. Order satisfaction: I am highly satisfied with the order experience. It was my first time ordering from Back Market, and I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but the order was simple, pricing/fees were straightforward, and communication was good. My order shipped promptly and arrived ~2 days ahead of the tracking number estimate. Product satisfaction: I am highly satisfied with the products I received. I ordered 3 refurbished Dell Latitude 5580 laptops. I received all three, they were carefully packaged, clean, and undamaged. All three included the laptops and the charger. I bought them to run them as inexpensive, high performance Chromebooks using ChromeOS Flex, and all three worked perfectly when I installed the OS. I have them set up with Google Family Link to provide a safe way for my children to use the Internet. The hardware is in excellent shape with the sole exception of the touchpads having some visible wear (normal on refurbished devices, so I don't detract points for this). 10/10, would buy again.

The computer & it's price range were great. I was looking to get my grandmother a new computer, since her existing tower was aging out & generally having major memory issues. This computer was within our limited price range, had a large enough screen for my grandmother, & had specs that would easily meet any of her limited requirements. However, the one problem this laptop had (bringing it from a 5 to a 4) was it's near expired OS. I was aware that windows 10 was being phased out by August, but assumed that windows 11 would be a fairly quick install. Unfortunately, this laptops older processor was not supported by windows 11, & since I live several states away from my grandmother, & my grandmother herself not being too tech savvy, it looked like a return was the only option. Luckily, a friend of mine helped me get Linux mint installed as the OS, & the computer (as of now) has worked very well with this system. I must say, it's partially my fault for not checking windows 11 to see if the refurbished computer was covered, but still, having even just a warning that the processor was not supported would have saved us a couple days of headaches. The more unrealistic solution is existing installations of Linux on your guys end, but I understand if that's not realistic. TL'DR: Great computer, -1 star for no warning of no windows 11 support. Thanks for the computer! I appreciate the conservation effort you guys are doing!

Upon arrival setup was easy peasy, I immediately went to download GTAV and it took upward of 30 minutes total. insane. No lag during gaming , no issues other than I paid for "excellent" condition and received a cat hair infested keyboard with cheetoh crumbs but I also ignored that for the quality of the product. when there was an issue with the laptop I reached out and the seller responded instantly getting the laptop fixed and back to me in 24 hours I'd order from here again off the strength that this company has integrity over anything and is willing to fix whatever issue , and make sure you leave satisfied.
