This little Dell computer was-is in great condition and setting it up was EZ-PZ. Back Market and their partners who refurbish equipment are second to none. I've bought several devices from BackMarket and I've always been happy. I doubt I'll ever buy a new digital device again.

Reviewing the lappy after three weeks of use. The laptop came in good shape. There was a instruction manual about how to activate windows 10, very helpful. The display was in good condition. It was a touch screen display which was a surprise since it was not mentioned in the product specification. Apart from that I got the exact specifications as mentioned in the product page. So far the lappy runs buttery smooth, I am a light user though. My only complain though is that, the keyboard is not in great shape. I can tell that its and used laptop by the condition of the keyboard. Moreover, the 'E' key on the keyboard is almost coming off. This was a disappointment since I bought a laptop in "excellent" condition. I am still giving it a 5 star since I got a good deal and they shipped me in 2 days. Well done Back Market!

technically the laptop works ok so far. issues include old sticker residue on the outside, rubber on the bottom to keep it from sliding around half there and already fell off and speakers are shot - unusable
