I bought an "excellent" condition laptop but received a "good" condition one at best. The back has lots of scratches and small dents on the corners, there was dirt on the keypad and touchpad. It has an adhesive liner just on the touchpad and the space key and were installed wrong , the backspace key is broken and falls off, the left hinge grinds something inside. Other than that the laptop works, but I'm very disappointed. This laptop is worth $250 max but not what I paid for it. I think I'll return it.
