It went well, but after a few days it froze on start up. I turned off the Quickstart and booted it up and it was ok. I then turned the Quckstart back on again and it is 100%. I'm very impressed with the condition of it. It is perfect and there is no damage whatsoever. I'm completely happy with it.

The laptop was as listed in excellent condition as sold refurbished! There was a slight issue with the Windows installation. The laptop was shipped without being factory reset. Couldn't get into windows because someone's account was still there. I had to wipe the hard drive in BIOS and luckily I had a flash able version of Windows handy! I would have given this product a better rating had I been able to just power it up and go out of box!
