    So far great and by great I mean fantastic I mean it came in the original box and foam and wow. This is the second gaming monitor I've got at back market the first a acer predator that is 3 to 5 yrs old now I can't remember but it's still going strong as ever. If I didn't know it was refurbished I would have never guessed. Great work great price great motive. Just great. Lol

    I've been using my GoPro 10 for about a week and I love it. Came with original storage case, 1 charging cable, 1 battery (already inside the camera), stickers, manual and 1 glue stick mount. I love the performance and the condition is good so far. however, one downside I noticed is that the battery cover opens way too tight, I'm not sure how it goes on original one. Also having doubts about camera's waterproof ability, since it was refurbished, but I have no way to contact seller about my concern.

    Not in "Excellent" condition. Yes, there are "light" scratches but they are allergic over the shell (light scratcheson screen too). Also, the rubber feet on the bottom are missing with the screws exposed, probably lost during refurbishing. Support is useless, my only option is to return it and wait for the "seller" to check it before giving a refund instead of just dropping the condition. Yeah, I'm not going through that. I think I'd rather buy on ebay. At least then you can get the condition dropped and price adjusted and I found Surface Laptop 4s (i7) for the same price as this one (Surface laptop 3)

    So far I have been very pleased. I can see spots where the laptop had been banged around a little bit, and that was very expected, and these are limited to the outside. The keyboard is excellent and screen is perfect. Battery performance I am still testing by seeing how long I need to go before a recharge, but it has been pleasantly positive. While sleeping/powered off, the battery discharges about 5% per day. During light to medium work, it lasts 5-6 hours before getting below 20%, but I am still evaluating that estimate. I use it for web and Python development, combined with light web browsing. Zero regrets!

    After a problem with the laptop being delivered to the wrong address, I finally received it. Love the laptop but was somewhat confused as I thought purchased a 2024 version and not a 2021. Trust it will perform for me. Thank you Back Market for staying in touch and resolving the initial delivery problem. Great company and great customer service.

    I am getting the work done that I needed to on the machine. I am pretty happy with it. It does however have issues. The volume key does not work which sometimes is a hassle. Also, the light on the esc key on the left of the top row does not go out. Other than thatthe laptop is doing ots job

    They work great, but they came in dirty. I know they are used but being refurbished I expected that they would at least clean them, but they were covered in oil and the inside foam of one of the earphones had white stuff on it. Used stuff can come in dirty, but part of the refurbishing process is normally cleaning, part of why it is labeled as "refurbished". They came in their original box with the aux cord, but no charger, which isn't a huge deal.
