Bought Good condition deal, laptop came in MINT condition. There are no scratches anywhere, no digs, nothing. Laptop works excellent, no hiccups, no issues. Excellent purchase. my 2nd laptop from Back Market.

Had to trouble shoot with the wifi settings when first received since it would not connect to the wifi. Eventually my computer science friend was able to get it working. Since then, no issues and it’s been like 2 years or so.

They laptop works well, the only problem I have is the battery life is bad. I have to keep it on the charger to be able to use it for more than 15 minutes.

it looks brand new!! it does have a green dot on the screen and a scratch in the screen, the battery will be a little less than half full and all of a sudden it says to charge bc it's about to die. But besides that I like it! It was delivered 2 days late

The bad: arrived a week late, a few scratches on exterior, reduced battery life The good: refurbish job was professionally done, runs like brand new, after using it for two weeks I can say it's the perfect school/work machine It's important to know what you're getting into when you buy refurbished, and none of these things came as a surprise to me. The scratches can be covered with stickers, and the battery is an easy fix. For my purposes, I feel like I got a lot of value out of this purchase. I'm very satisfied with this machine and I can already tell it will be with me for a long time.

The computer seems to be operating well, after a much-needed system update, and it comes with everything it was listed to have. BUT: It can't hold a charge at all, so I'll have to spend about 40 bucks out of pocket to fix it (19% of the original cost). Oh yeah and it came three days later than it said it would, but I kind of expected that after reading other reviews. Basically, this computer would be perfectly fine if I could use it without it being plugged in.
