I was excited to receive the laptop, I pressed the power button on the front and nothing happened. So I plugged teh laptop in and it powered up showing 28% charge on teh battery. I went to work installing my software, unplugged the laptop after a couple of hours charging and the device shut off. I was suprised to find missing screwa on the battery after pulling the cover, i reseated the battery, still nothing. So, I am afraid you lost a customer, you pride yourself with sending messages of like new, excellent condition and I can't take the unit on a business trip because it won't run. I will be requesting a refund after uninstalling my software.
