Yah! Another great buy from BackMarket. The response time of this computer is amazing and I am so happy with this purchase. Of course, all of my electronics have come from BackMarket - computer, telephone (times 2) ipad ((x2) - all are great and I wholeheartedy recommend for any refurbished items.

It works well now. It wasn't easy to get to this point. I wish the product description had told me what other equipment would be essential. After my computer arrived, I had to buy a network cable, a keyboard, a mouse, and a particular video cable. To get the right accessories I had to do research into the computer model. Please make the product description more helpful.

Only had it about 10 days now, but so far it has been great. Easy to set up. Really like the smaller size that can sit on my desk. Delivery was quick and actually ahead of what I was told This is my second purchase from Back Market. I bought an iPhone a couple of years ago and never had any trouble with it.

The experience felt as if I was scammed. I assume you knew this machine would not be able to install the latest windows (11). Think that might be important to let people know as much. I would not have brought this but went with a Dell version later than 2016.
