Christmas morning, unwrapped, powered up, and discovered that it has no WiFi device. The device cannot even be detected, so this must have been known before the seller shipped. There isn't much I can do with a computer that cannot connect to the internet. I paid for what was supposed to be a "like-new" refurbished item, and it arrived broken. The specs clearly state that WiFi is part of the functionality, see below. Obviously, sellers are not vetted by this site. I will never buy another item from BackMarket again.
