Works like a dream! Couldn't love my kindle more!!

The item was blacklisted by amazon and can not be logged. I’ve been trying to contact someone to star the return process but had no support to do so. I’m extremely disappointed

Great customer service. Honestly, the funny emails was a nice touch, shows some personal touch and makes me happy, even though a bit corny. Shipped next day, arrived in 4 days to a countryside PO Box. Product packaged well, no issues. Was 50% cheaper then I could find on Amazon. Will check back next time I need electronics!

Great physical condition, just a smudge of some glue or something on the frame which was easily removed. Few or no scratches - honestly could have been sold as 'like new' and it would have been honest and fair.

This was consistent with the website description. Charger and charging capability was good. Since used, the battery can’t be compared to unused, but still last well over one week (likely longer than that) at the rate I’m using (30min reading per day) There hasn’t been any concerning issues with the function of the kindle when reading. There is sometimes a lag with page turning but this usually resolves with restarting the device Overall- happy with purchase, would recommend seller

Arrived quickly and reasonably well packaged. No damage. Kindle was not clean, however. Needed a good going over with "409" Cleaner and a paper towel. Addijonally, the Kindle came with the language set as German, not USA English. I had a lot of "fun?" trying to get it set to my language. Would have been nice to know that going in. Otherwise, very satisfied. Two thumbs up, etc. Steve
