Barnes & Noble Nook HD BNTV400 7.0000 Wi-Fi E-reader

Unit that came was gray color instead of white which was fine BUT the battery will not hold a charge and has to be plugged in the entire time I am using it. I thought a refurb unit would at least have a new or nearly new battery. The price I paid was too much for a unit that I can't use unplugged.

The nook isn’t terrible quality, but the order said white and I got a grey color. It can be covered up with a case but I’m kinda bummed. This is also a newer nook but it feels less advanced than a nook color. Also bummed 😕

I don't know how to rate an item that I have waited nearly a month to receive. Still haven't received. Very unhappy!
