Fantastic purchase.This is my third pair, and I love these.So much that I paired them with everything I own that is, Samsung!

I'm new to wireless earbud technology, therefore my review is not based on that much experience. However, the earbuds arrived in great shape, just charged them for a little while, and they successfully paired with my phone. Everything worked fine when testing them out. I do feel as though I have to tap them kind of hard and tap multiple times to get them to work, but that could just be because I'm new to it. Overall, not bad for my first pair of wireless buds. Thumbs up.

I ordered "Excellent" condition an was pleased with the physical condition of the product. They case and the earbuds looked like new. However they don't seem to hold a charge for more than a couple hours or so. I didn't return them but am not as satisfied as I was with the last pair I ordered.

Sound quality isn't the best but I don't think that's on you. However, sometimes there is an ear piercing ringing that plays in the left ear. The problem is intermittent and goes away after disconnecting and reconnecting. Also not sure if its the headphones or the phone but I'm getting horrible audio lag on discord specifically. Not an internet issue it works on my computer. These also will not sync when connected to my apple laptop. But that could be issues outside your control

There was some cosmetic problems, the logo is mostly worn off and there are divets on both the case and the ear buds, but they work perfectly

I use these every day during school, bought in "Fair". They work perfectly fine. The case is lightly scratched up but nothing a decorative cover can't protect.
