Verified purchaseheadphones arrived 2 days after I ordered. they are in phenomenal condition and included the original box, charging wire, and different sized ear tips. sound quality is great they are fully functional arrived with a full battery charge and synched up to my phone instantaneously. I've been using them for 10 days straight daily and have had no issues with them. Aside from adjusting to which direction the buds go into the charging case admittedly the most minor of issues and primarily on me. These are the second ever item I bought from Backmarket and on top of everything else. They were roughly $90 cheaper than brand new and included a 1 year warranty. I'll definitely be using Backmarket in the future for any tech purchases.

Verified purchaseI ordered two pairs of these earbuds to upgrade my wife and I. I am wondering if earbuds are just something you don't order refurbished. Both our orders were "like new" or "excellent." Her right earbud wouldn't charge, the case had a springy sound, it charged in my case. However, my earbuds only stayed charged for about 4-5 hours with intermittent use. The case drained from full charge if I put the buds in at 50%. To contrast, my Galaxy buds 2 pro would last days and the reserve charge from the case pushed them even farther. I do not know if these faults are from the quality of items shipped, that had these faults already, or if they have these problems from the factory...my gut leans to these being faulty from the reseller. An exciting present has now turned into a headache. Their response is to have us ship them back and then wait 5-6 days to review before they process things. Do I get a refund for the protection plan I purchased? We already gave the old buds to family. Seems a bit silly now putting our faith in something like this.
