I thought the customer service was great. Unfortunately the phone did not work with my carrier so it has since been returned. Also the phone had several cracks on the back which were not described in the item. They didnt bother me but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that this was the case. Overall very pleased with my experience with back market and will be buying my next phone through this website! Best wishes to you all!

My charger is NOT WORKING and I have NOT get a replacement and this phone was NOT CHEAP

To be honest I wasn’t happy about the phone because it was more than over used phone and the put a case on it because it looks too old and back case was even cracked,I didn’t returned it because my brother was leaving to Ghana two days before I received the phone and I was giving it to him to go give to someone as a gift,I don’t know why anytime I buy something on here they send junk stuff to me.it even came with no charger.I have decided not to buy anything on here again👎🏾

everything was on point until I had it activated, when I ORDER the phone I told them my carrier was SPRINT this phone is under METRO PCS not compatible

Damaged in transit beyond use.....waiting on replacement as seller said two to three weeks before available. It would have been nice!

The phone is no good. It won't hold a charge and tried to use it on the network we have our daughter on and it won't let us. I am very dissatisfied and want to return the phone immediately.

Battery that was sent was no good. Reached out and they sent another battery which also didn’t hold a charge. Phone is extremely slow and has no memory and won’t read that I attached a memory card to gain more storage space. Phone itself is in good condition visually. Just dissappointed that this didn’t work out. Also wanted to note that I am sending the device back and they want me to pay shipping and send back the first battery which they told me to recycle at Best Buy. Poor customer service.
