Not the first Back Market refurbished phone that I've purchased, but the first for me. As with the other phones, this "Good" condition phone was almost without any discernible wear. Battery works well and last easily through the day, no matter my usage. Transferring files and data was easy, although there were some things that didn't transfer perfectly, especially highlighting of phrases and paragraphs.
