Very Happy with this Galaxy S7 Edge 32GB. Everything works great onit. The only thing that had upset me was on how it had been packaged. Only being inside 2 bubble envelopes. Not that much protection for shipping. It should have been in some kind of box. But very fast shipping, and product works perfectly.

Initially I thought I was getting a great deal on a mint refurbished Galaxy S7 EDGE. I paid for express 2-day shipping ($7.99) and it took 5 days to get the phone. The phone I received was a Galaxy S7, in pretty good condition, not a Galaxy S7 EDGE. I contacted customer service and got a prompt reply. The customer service went above and beyond to address my concerns. Ultimately I chose to keep the Galaxy S7 and was provided a partial refund. The refund satisfied my concerns. Overall I've had a good experience with your company, large because of customer service. Keep up the good work.
