The phone I purchased was supposed to be in excellent condition. The charge cable would not snap into the port. I tried several cables. This leads me to believe that the seller did not even bother checking it. So I packaged it back up and sent it right back for a refund. I understand that things happen since these are used phones but something this blatant is not excusable.

Bought Samsung Galaxy S9+ in mint condition at a very good price ($350) and the product came as advertised. It very much looks brand new and can't tell it is a refurbished phone. Going to be doing business with BackMarket in the future. In fact the same day we bought this, we also bought a Samsung soundbar with subwoofer ($259) in mint condition, still waiting on it to arrive but really looking forward to seeing if it looks and brand new etc.

These folks did an amazing job! Excellent product looks brand new. Everything works perfectly. Delivery was even early even though I ordered it late Saturday night. Then I go and blow the whole thing by dropping it yesterday. Hard case and screen protector didn't work this time😫 didn't get accidental breakage insurance, so I'll have to buy a new one. Sucks for me but not their fault. At least I know where to find a quality refurbished phone!
