Very impressed with the experience on Back Market and the seller in particular. I had purchased a "very good" rated Galaxy S10+ on a Thursday, noticed that I didn't hear anything from the seller on Friday (I assumed the phone might ship Friday but was wrong), so I messaged them Saturday and when they got back to me on Monday, they apologized for the delay in response and upgraded my shipping method to overnight shipping. I received the device on Tuesday and the condition was spot on. It had a very faint scuff on the back lower right corner but was otherwise flawless, including the screen. After stopping by a Verizon store to pick up a new SIM, I was activated within the day. Really appreciate the effort from the seller and I will be recommending Back Market to others I know who are in the market for refurbished devices.

The condition of the phone is flawless. I had issues with the sim card slot not working with the first phone sent, as soon as I returned it I had the replacement in hand within a week. I honestly believe the chances of receiving a dud are so slim as many people I know have had zero issues with Back Market. This seller is top rated.
