    It started with not being able to track my purchase. I received a tracking number, but every time I checked the USPS postal site it said it wasn’t able to be tracked. BackMarket helped resolve that issue. I ordered “excellent” condition. The back camera or cover is crooked, ok. The phone has been green screen glitching since I opened it! I wish I just ordered a new phone because I spent almost $1000. Bummer…I’ve ordered several refurbished iPhones from other sites that were in “good” condition and came in much better and much less expensive than this site. I’m planning to return it asap.

    Horrible phone. So old half the apps don't work, touch screen is garbage, and the battery doesn't last more than a few hours. A few years ago I bought a much newer phone for a similar price, so not only is this phone trash, its also a rip off.
