My SIMM card doesn't work with the new Galaxy S9+ I received, though the SmartSwitch transfer seemed to go well AND, I spent an hour screwing around with your stupid customer service question loop with nothing but irritation and frustration as a result. You're lucky the first 4 or 5 phones I brought from you worked flawlessly, or I would have lit you up with a stream of negative reviews everywhere I could find to post one.
