Galaxy Tab S5e 64GB - Black - (Wi-Fi + 4G)

Device was delivered fast in immaculate condition. Incredibly well packed. Great price and I feel good about buying a refurbished item. When I say item was immaculate, I mean indistinguishable from a brand new one. I believe I'll be a customer for life. Thanks to the team at Back Market.

The ordering process was smooth and thorough. The description matched was I received. I was looking for a tablet as a tool that I could load both off line navigation gps golf course applications, which this particular one has the OS need along with independent/off-line GPS capabilities. Both of these requirements were part of the description along with the the internal memory of 64GB with the ability to up the memory another 128 GB with a microSSD, which I already had one. Back Market will definitely be my site when I need to upgrade my smart phone, as there prices are very reasonable, descriptions accurate and delivery fairly prompt.

I forgot how much bloatware a new Samsung product has, but thats not the fault of the seller, thats samsung. the product itself works just fine and I'm not much surprised by the scratches given I got the lowest quality/ cheapest option.

This tablet is like brand new. It was very easy to set up with no problems at all. The pricing was perfect. Again this tablet is like brand new, out of the box.

I love it

I was very lucky that the tablet arrived with the screen intact. The packaging is without a doubt the worst I've ever seen: the tablet was placed directly at the bottom of the box, screen facing down, with bubble wrap ON TOP. In the "not my job" category, it was unbeatable. Zero professionalism from BackMarket, probably the last time I'll go through these clowns. I won't mention the insane shipping time, not their fault, but overall, it was a trainwreck. By the way, BackMarket keeps changing my 2 star into a 3 star review, just saying: I mean it to be a two star review, it's already freaking generous.

First, I ordered an unlocked Tab but got one locked on Verizon. That might not have been a big deal since I didn't want to use mobile data anyway (I can always hotspot from my phone and who needs two sim cards.) The Verizon software was irritating but that comes anyway if you want mobile data. ... The screen was very nice looking but I found the touch sensitivity sketchy. I was not impressed so I returned it and got an A9 for about the same cost. ... The A9 was much better all around. The lower quality screen is not a big deal, it still looks pretty good, just doesn't have a wide viewing angle. The touch controls seem to work much better, also I liked the side button action better. The 11" screen was nice too.
