I am sooo excited & loving my new phone. It's different, I can't wait to check out all the different features. Seems Brand New to me, there's only 1 concern the battery dies pretty quick once it drops to a certain percentage. Overall I'm Happy!!! Thanks so much for a great service & product.

The phone worked fine until a week or two later when the screen started being weird. The phone wouldn't respond to touch and would randomly darken without me adjusting the setting. In fact the setting would be the same and the physical screen would glitch out. Eventually the screen just stopped responding to touch and while I can turn the phone on, I cannot get into it by any means. For anyone who reviews my review, I selected 1/5 for everything so that it didn't get written off as an okay review. I literally can't use the phone without the screen.
