Google Pixel 3 XL 128GB - Black - Unlocked

Transfer of info was easy. No glitching. The charging cord provided was not Pixel but appreciated. This is my third order from Backmarket and never disappointed.

Hey, it was a beautiful phone but did not work on Verizon. It was too old. I returned it to y'all, received a full refund and ordered Google Pixel 6. I am currently typing on that phone. It looks and works perfectly. Totally satisfied with Pixel 6. Would definitely recommend Back Market phones to family and friends, and would not hesitate to buy from y'all again. I just received my package today, and I would recommend this seller. Awesome price. I chose to get an item that was in excellent condition, but what I got was even better, it looked brand new. The service was fast and the item was just what I wanted. The only thing is that it did not come with a charger, and the website said it was supposed to. No big deal, I have chargers.

The device I ordered as a temporary replacement for one I also ordered from Backmarket that needed repairs, was not the correct device. Once I opened a support request, the support people didn't answer their messages except once every 24 hours. The technician I spoke with had minimal competence around the technical issue. After buying 6 devices from Backmarket this situation has made me wonder if I want to continue my business here.

The phone works as expected and I have no issues with the device! (and I happen to choose the right model too!)

The product: It looks nice. I do not see any scratch or dent. It seems not rooted. Everything works as or above expectation. Just the battery capacity is below 85% as promised. But I will keep it as overall it's a fine phone. The customer support: The first response I got when I ask about the battery capacity was totally irrelevant. Whoever replied just copy/pasted a canned answer without reading my message. Later the second support Juan was good. Although he misread the battery test results initially, but he did read my messages and replied accordingly, and helped to pass my message to the vendor. Overall, this purchase is satisfying. I probably will buy more in the future if I need a used phone.

the packaging arrived but the phone had been forcibly removed - stolen. What measures will you take so that my next order arrives safely?
