I was very impressed with how fast my phone got delivered! Ordered late Wednesday night, arrived Saturday morning. It came in great condition with the only imperfections being a couple of pinch marks on the sides most likely from a phone case the previous owner used. The only thing I'm unhappy about is the phone's feature and not a fault of Backmarket nor the seller themselves, the face unlock feature. Which works great by the way, but in this day and age of wearing masks being the norm, it'll still require pin unlock with mask on. Maybe i just miss having a fingerprint unlock which I've used since a Nexus 6p 🤔😕

This phone really is the best phone I've ever owned. If you like taking pictures or do photography this phone beats the iphone it's extremely durable I've dropped it numerous times and nothing has happened. It's easy to use and I love google so it's definitely a great google device no doubt.

The phone wouldn't work after I transferred everything from old phone to the new phone. A message about battery meter would constantly notify you. At the second day the phone wouldn't turn on at all and it was charged. Very disappointed cause I really wanted it:(
