Refurbished Samsung Galaxy A54

I wasn't sure what to expect when I purchased my Samsung A54 smartphone but I had heard good things about Back Market so I hoped for the best. The process was super easy and my new to me phone arrived in perfect condition. I appreciated the email instructions on how to get the phone up and connected to my provider and I was able to do so easily. I love my phone and I love Back Market! 5 out of 5 stars.

This is the 2nd Samsung phone I have bought from back market and let me tell you, I am addicted to buying from them. No bad review here. Every time I receive the merchandise it is in pristine and practically mint condition. If I didn't know better I would think it came right from the actual manufacturer itself. Every thing work as it should nothing wrong and worth every penny.

I got exactly what I ordered. Phone was shipped and recieved exactly when they said it would arrive. Fast service always this is the 3rd device I've ordered through Back Market and I highly recommend them. I absolutely love the phone. The only complaint I have is the Camera doesn't seem to focus as clear as previous phones which I find really strange but it has nothing to do with Back Market, that's a Samsung issue

I bought my phone in good condition, and it is a lot to learn with using this phone, compared to my old Samsung J3 Prime. My phone has some dings on the top corner and bottom corner edges, other than that, it is in excellent working condition. I have had no problems with the operations of the phone. I did not come with a manual or an ejector tool. I am happy with my purchase.

First, I'd like to say that I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to find what I was looking for on Back Market. All the info I was looking for was listed for each device in an easy to follow way, which made things so much quicker for me. As for the Galaxy I bought, so far I love it! Everything seems to be in great working order. I've had no problems with it at all. It arrived exactly as described, if not actually a little better than expected - it looks brand new! I would highly recommend Back Market for a phone purchase. The quality of the phone was excellent and was very reasonably priced. I don't fall into the Big 3 trap of leasing a phone ever again. the phone came just as expected, on time and in prefect condition.

i decided to try your service for the first time because I am in dire need of a new phone. i waited a week for the phone to get here only for it to be still locked to another person. got no reply for a few days. the next week i am instructed to send it back and upon return of the phone to the seller I am being credited my money back in 5 days.... i need a new phone! the one sent was in excellent condition without a scratch on it yet the current "excellent" condition price for the same phone is $30 more...? i feel like i am being scammed out of my money.
