It was received in a timely manner and looked brand new! It has no scratches or marks of any kind and the battery holds a very long charge. The only thing is that the speaker sounds a little tinny, but I think that's just a general Pixel 7 design problem and has nothing to do with past users or refurbishment. All in all, I'm very very happy with this device!

I'm still learning the ins and outs of the device, but the company (Back Market) has impressed me. Items were delivered earlier than expected in excellent shape. Since my phone was refurbished, there was no instruction booklet, but all that is available online. In fact, I keep getting emails with instructions, and there's a "getting to know your Pixel" icon on the phone for quick reference. Going from a Pixel 2 to the 7 is somewhat of a learning curve, but the phone does what I need it to do and does it well. The Visible promotion on Back Market was a bonus! Next time I need a new device, I'll be checking Back Market first.
