The AKG 2019 earphones arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

The package came damaged like it had been dragged on the road. the earbuds had come out of the ziplock bag and were damaged. The earpeices fell apart in my hands as soon as I opened it, exposing metal and wire just hanging on. They were covered in dirt, I wouldn't want to put them in my ears. I bought these to have something at work to listen to music without having to remember to charge Bluetooth earbuds. I wanted to be helpful to the environment and buy refurbished instead of new. I guess I'll have to go drive to Walmart anyways. very disappointed my money was wasted when I don't have much of it in the first place.
