Doesn’t matter which size of the chintzy ear buds I use, couldn’t keep any in my ears! They fall out within 10 seconds. Sorry I bought this product. Should have gone with new and improved for $150. At least I could use them. Just a waste of $100 plus shipping. Very disappointed Suzanne Morrison

The specs were not what was listed. I believe it was an honest mistake. I require ANC bc I talk on my headphones hours every day.Also missing one of the small sized earpieces. UPDATE: Stopped working all together after a month. No charge, no nothing. I think it was a battery issue as they got dangerously hot just before they stopped working. Lithium ion burns are serious business. I was lucky it didn’t burn or rather my child who likes to use my headphones. Disappointed and a little leary as well these days. Think apple airpod pros or QC 30 earbuds from now on as i haven’t seemed to read about them melting in your ear and causing perm damage.
