Googled for a touch screen computer thought we were getting one until it was delivered. Unfortunately it was not a touch screen however everything else was wonderful. I am very pleased with my purchase. I bought this specifically as a note taker that is easy to use and easy to carry around. It took a few tries but I was able to update to the most current chromeOS. Everything I tested has worked like new. The battery health is at 96%. Bluetooth works great. The speakers are what you would expect from a 11.6 inch chromebook: pretty weak. I use ear buds so the speakers are not an issue. I also bought the 2 year warranty for under $10 dollars. Back Market showed this chromebook as fair condition. You can tell that this chromebook has been used but it is in great condition. A few dings but no big scratches or dents or things you might expect from daily use in our school system. I would rate this chromebook somewhere between Good and Excellent. I did a good clean of the keyboard, screen and the outside. All in all, this has exceeded my expectations. Chromebook, warranty, free shipping: all for under $60 dollars.
