I love my new laptop! I wanted something to take me into the next phase of my career so I opted for the professional model and am so glad I did. It’s fast and has lots of bells and whistles for me to learn. I could never have afforded a new one, but thanks to Back Market’s great pricing and a great trade-in offer on a no-longer-needed iPad Pro, I only paid $30! Shipping took longer than expected but only because I ordered just before Christmas. It was a Fedex problem, not the seller.

Great labtop! Exactly how it was described. 2 days Sooner then expected delivery. I couldn't ask for more. This was my second purchase on Back Market. This app makes it that much easier. I recommend this to my friends anyone who asks.

I was skeptical, but after looking into Backmarket, there seemed to be only positive reviews. My brother got a Mac at the fraction of the original price with only a broken speaker, which he does not use anyways, and I got an HP Elitebook which has been a blessing in my life at a price I could actually afford!

Was not expecting the laptop to come dirty, dusty and sticky. The charger was also dirty and was tied up with a rubber band. The laptop was supposed to be a gift but we were too embarrassed to give this laptop with the exterior looking so bad. I understand it is refurbished/preowned, but I was not expecting to see the exterior to look that way.
