Was disappointed to find upon start up that several type keys did not function. The classic typewriter test sentence, “The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog” hits all letters and would have identified this. The laptop itself was clean and well packaged, and the purchase transaction was easy. Just disappointed such a simple type key check did not catch this issue during the refurbishment.

Came in perfect condition, packaging was amazing and it came charged!! So happy with this purchase, it's my second purchase but we will definitely be back for more purchases!

Had a problem with multiple monitors attached, but once I brought the patch level up to date and upgraded to the most current version of Windows and patch level everything is working great.

I have never had any issues with the three phones I have bought from back market, however, there's a first for everything. When setting this laptop up, I was able to get past the basics, region, and network setup and then it made me restart that same process at least 4 times. No idea what the issue is but I will be sending this back.
