Received the laptop and it was locked out so I could not even set it up. There were also keys that did not work. When I contacted customer service, they did give me a return label but they won’t send a replacement and will not issue the refund until the seller receives the device. I understand it is a used device, but those are all very simple problems that should have been caught prior to sending me the device. Definitely will never use Back Market again.
